Principles To Follow In Copy Writing

Children are fond of copying almost anything they see, especially if it's performed by an adult. Most kids now are familiar with the computer, and the many features of this amazing thing. Children are fond of copying almost anything they see, especially if it's performed by an adult. Most kids now are familiar with the computer, and the many features of this amazing thing. But copying is not always interpreted with its literal meaning. There's this process which is considered an art in itself that only well-experienced and dedicated persons can do, and this is called copy writing.

What then is copy writing? Since the birth of the internet, there have been a lot of opportunities for people who want to earn money. And copy writing is just one of them. Copy writing is defined as the art or process which involves writing marketing and sales related materials. Its primary objective is to promote a certain person, opinion, business, or idea. Different areas of business like business plans, sales letters, advertising, and other media are using copy writing. Through this process, the business is able to persuade readers or listeners to act.

Copy writing can't be done effectively by just any individual. The person responsible for carrying out this work must follow certain principles, like:

- Knowing your very own product, this is the foundation of effective and efficient copy writing; if you know what your product is, it is easier for you to be passionate and believe in such product. It is quite unethical to sell or advertise something that you havent tried yourself.

- Who are your customers? In order to write the best copy writing ever possible, you must know your target customer. Identify the specific person (he/she is an executive or a homemaker), their age range, sex, etc. what you're writing should suit your readers needs and not yourself. Test your website; most prospects leave the site because it is quite confusing or tedious.

- The benefits; your website's home page should not contain your mission; the people cares about what benefits you can give to them whether you can make them rich, entertain, feel better, or save time. If you can catch the reader's interest, then you're at it.

- You have to establish trust; credibility is one thing especially on the net where you can't actually see who your customers are, you can offer free trials, testimonials, guarantee for money back if they are not satisfied, and most of all, never forget to put your contact numbers, email addresses, or you can even put a picture of yourself. Make it appear as if you're sitting beside each other and talking.

- Use short headings since most people only scan a home page; you must be able to grab their attention.

- There are word which you should often not use like if, should, but, could, and the like. It is best for you to use words as proven, free, breakthrough, discover, learn, benefit, complete, first, exclusive, and other positive words. Avoid using too many 'me' or 'I'.

- Make it short but dont disregard its quality.

- You have to create a sense of urgency, a time limit, for the reader to act immediately.

- You must be able to hook your prospects the very first time they enter your site.

- Grammar, spelling, and formatting; your sales effort can be killed all because of typos. Errors pertaining to grammar, exclamation marks, and caps are a big no in copy writing.

If you incorporate all this principles in copy writing, then it is a sure fire hit.

ABSTRACT

For this article, I selected a sector that has not been covered by authors and could hardly be found in books for Operations Management. I find this topics importance and significance to the global economy, and the Western, in particular, very high. Authors and advocates (e.g., Schroeder, 2004) dealt with the large enterprises, from both the manufacturing and service sectors; the smaller firms, known as Small Business, Minority Owned Business, SME (Small and Medium-size Enterprise), or SMB (Small and Medium-size Business), have been virtually ignored by them.

DEFINITION AND CHARACTERISTICS

A Small and Medium-size Enterprise is defined differently, according to the purpose of each definition; the UK Department of Trade & Industry (2001) suggests that it is mainly because of the wide diversity of businesses. The UK Department provides a basic definition of SME, one that was used by the Bolton Committee in its 1971 Report on Small Firms: a small firm is an independent business, managed by its

Principles For Successful Work-At-Home Opportunities

Arent they all the same, only the price is different, right? So if you can find the opportunity that requires the least upfront capital and effort, and the most profit, you win, right? A big fat NO! Arent they all the same, only the price is different, right? So if you can find the opportunity that requires the least upfront capital and effort, and the most profit, you win, right? A big fat NO! There is a lot to understand about what makes a work at home opportunity successful and if you dontgood luck at succeeding and making your dreams of a home business that will bring you enough income that will be able to sustain you and your family a reality.

Work-at-Home Opportunities ARENT all the samebelow are some of the main principles that MUST be understood in order to make any work at home opportunity successful:

The most important principle: WORK.

Work is involved! Most opportunities promise little to no effortunfortunately not true (if you want them to work!) So, when you are looking for work at home opportunities that can supplement your income, or better yet, replace your income so you can stay at home and leave the rat race, remember it will take work, probably a little capital, and many other factors (especially dedication!) Below are some more principles to help you understand what will help make an online work at home opportunity successful for you.

Be sure the opportunity you pick is part of an organization that is reputable and has a track record.

Dont just automatically believe the ads you see. Just because an ad SAYS the person is an Internet Guru doesnt mean they are. I myself have ordered a lot of products that I have resale rights to. Just because I bought these products, does that mean you can trust me? Make sure you are comfortable with the organization, its track record, how long the organization been in business, that it meets all government laws, standards and qualifications in the countries they operate, who owns the organization, or who is in charge (remember, you can always Google them!) that the individual has a good business and track record, that (s)he is well respected, that the organization is well respected, delivers on their promises, doesnt make unsubstantiated claims, has established a loyal customer base, and finally that the organization offers a refund policy.

I (stupidly) ordered one opportunity that failed to mention (before I bought it) that in order to make it work, I would have to spend $53,000 a year to get it up and running! Remember that the apple doesnt fall far from the tree, so if the ad is omitting information, why would you want to be part of that organization? You will lose all credibility with your customers, and we all know about word of mouth!

VERY IMPORTANT: IF the opportunity you choose involves ANY kind of marketing or selling, it MUST have growth potential that can grow exponentially and has a support system to help you.

Whatever opportunity you decide on, it MUST have growth potential. Why would anyone put their efforts into a stagnant or dying market? If you choose to market anything at all, the product(s) must be able to supply people with something that can quench their desires, whatever they may be. Think of your potential customerMaybe moms that yearn for the days where moms stayed at home. Maybe dads that just want to give up Corporate America and trying to climb the Corporate Ladder...especially men that are in their 40s or so, that see all the downsizing and are worried about losing their job to a younger college graduate that wont insist on as much pay. Or retired people that have a limited income...these people are more willing to invest a small amount of cash, or maybe even a big chunk of cash, to make their lives betterthey are the best consumer group to target. And be sure there is some kind of support system to assist you in making YOUR business successful.

Learn to read the market and rely on it.

Why would anyone invest in an online opportunity? How aboutto spend more time with their family (rather than spend hours on the job and in a commute)to break free from Corporate America and The Rat Race (and lower their blood pressure and stress)to have more financial security (when working for others there is NO guarantee!)to save money on gas! (who knows how high THOSE prices will get?)to guarantee retirement (who knows when the next downsize will come?)to insure continuing health.

But in order to achieve these goals, one would have to find a work at home opportunity that can pretty much secure the success of those goalsso the opportunity MUST be something that has an increasing and significant potential future. This is a bit tricky to accomplish, but researching a product/service can help guide you.

Lastly, you reap what you sow.

If you choose an opportunity that involves a downline, KEEP IN CONTACT. Help the person that joined after you. The worst mistake an affiliate can make is to ignore and not help that person succeed. Remember that HIS efforts are making you money. It is a small price to pay to help that person succeed and make you money. Remember the support system, it really works! You wanted help at the beginning (if not later) do you really think the person that joined after you does not need the same help? If you are unable to help, go to your upline. We were all there at one point. Dont be afraid to ASK FOR HELP no matter how high on the ladder you are!!!!

Keep in mind there may be a lot of work at home opportunities that are scams. If you do enough research, and follow the guidelines above, you will become more and more adept at sniffing out the best opportunities available on the web.

Principles are the key to a congruent life

Principles Are The Key To A Congruent Life

When you live a congruent life, different parts of your life are no longer split into separate compartments, instead they become part of one integrated whole where each part mutually supports and reinforces each other part.

Many self growth thinkers regard congruency as THE success principle. Why You Must Bring Congruency Into Your Life () talks more about this.

For example, you are in a career that appears to be good for you financially at the time but no longer motivates and inspires you. Your lack of love for this career shows through in your attitude and interactions with other people and as a result you may have difficulty in forming friendships leaving you feeling lonely and out of step with the world.

You decide enough is enough! You will change to a career that you feel passionate about

Fast forward to the new you working at something that you love now you have passion for what you are doing and the contribution you are making. Now you find that your social circle expands as people are attracted to you as a person that is enthusiastic about what you are doing.

Encouraged by your new life, your stress levels go down, you feel healthier and you eventually find that you are succeeding easily in your new career and even end up financially better off than before.

The way that all the different parts of your life are connected together can work very powerfully for you if you let it. The danger is, it can also work very powerfully against you if you are not congruent in just one area.

PUT PRINCIPLES AT THE CENTER OF YOUR LIFE

A state of congruency where your whole life fits together to form a beautiful picture just like a jigsaw puzzle is a worthwhile goal, but how do you get there?

One of the keys is to recognise that all the different parts of your life are ultimately governed by a set of universal rules or principles.

An example is kindness being kind to friends and family is something that we all recognise as the right thing to do and will bring us rewards in terms of stronger and better relationships with our friends and family. Being kind to a stranger can reward you with a better feeling about yourself.

Being kind to your body results in better health, being kind to your co-workers, your employees, your boss will bring benefits in your work life

Kindness is a universal principle that we can all recognise and that as individuals we can all integrate into our lives and our spirits.

There are many of these principles love, fairness, being proactive, being responsible for yourself, honesty, integrity The challenge is to find these principles and align your life around them.

You should remember that principles are deep, fundamental, universal, timeless truths recognised by all religions and systems of belief as being central to harmonious and successful human lives. If you look at them in this way, they can be separated from the more transient beliefs and values of people and groups that sometimes get mistaken for principles.

Principle centred living will lead to a congruent life, the challenge is to build your life around principles.

HOW CAN I FIND OUT MORE ABOUT PRINCIPLES AND PRINCIPLE CENTERED LIVING?

Stephen Conveys timeless classic The 7 Habits of Highly Effective People is a good place to start. The book claims that it is based on the universal principles and as you read it you will find out that this is true.

One of the sections of the book is dedicated to organising your life around principles and making sure that they are integrated across all the different parts of your life in a congruent way. Perhaps the best piece of advice is to get a copy of The 7 Habits of Highly Effective People, read it and start applying some of the wisdom thats inside.

One final word of caution living your life around principles is no quick fix it takes time, maybe even an entire lifetime to get there, but the results can be very rewarding!
